Weathered statues received a blue primer coat of Larsen Products "Weld-Crete". Concrete repair using CTS RapidSet "WunderFixx".
Finishing with Benjamin Moore exterior water based primer and exterior water based flat white paint.
A forest fire erupted on the mountain behind these statues as work was ongoing. Just enough time to grab a camera.
Regarding the products used:
CTS RapidSet sells many concrete based products that set/ cure rapidly and are much stronger pounds per square inch then your typical slow curing cement. They also do not need water curing after the initial set. Just patch shape/ trim/ shave/ float/ sponge and you are done. Available at Home Depot and specialty builder stores like WhiteCap.
Larsen Products sells just three products. These are bonders for plaster and concrete. You can "glue" about an inch of new plaster to old clean plaster or painted drywall. You can bond new cement to old clean cement/ stucco. If you are using RadidSet have everything in place/ cement and bonder. Apply RapidSet products when the bonder is tacky not dry as this will be a better grip. Larsen products are sold at large hardware stores and paint stores.

A new door was cut from a stucco wall to give another entrance. We rolled on the blue Larsen WeldCrete.
We patched using RapidSet Mortar Mix and Stucco Patch materials. Then the patch was painted with a custom color match paint. This was done in two work days.
